"Out of sheer frustration with the continued price hikes of my auto insurance I spent my day calling different companies to get quotes. Patrick answered when it was State Farm's turn to get one. He was completely easy to communicate with! There was no rush to get to the next customer, there was no transfer to get to the auto dept, and there were no frills to get me to sign up immediately 'or else'. Not only did he cut my monthly payment IN HALF I didn't have to choose lower coverage to get it. Not only did he answer all of my questions patiently, he offered a ton of information beyond those. I can't say enough, but what I will say is there's something to be said about feeling like a number at the deli counter. This is an office that cares about personal service. They went over every- little- thing! Thank you!"

"I had put in a random request for home insurance rates; after our current policy had been bought out and the new company was not going to renew. Quite frankly I don't know much about this stuff and wasn’t sure what I was looking for, other than a lower or similar rate to what I am paying now.
